I spent this week helping the Chanel parents cater for 61 for two days and 65 for the other two days. It was my job to do the shopping, cooking of Potato Bake, Lasagne and the Mum's came to help with the salads and the Dad's came to help cook the BBQ. Nobody seemed to go hungry so mission accomplished. One of the Mum's was creative with the fruit platter for Breakfast, no MKR when I do it I just pile it on.
It was then off to clean rooms for the Hook-up guests.
