9th September - After attending the 9am service at the Anglican Church Katherine we headed for today's overnight stop Timber Creek. We have a nice shady spot with some grass near the camp kitchen for our chairs on the banks of the Victoria River which is Northern Territory's longest river. Decided we would not go swimming as the crocodiles come up to be fed each evening.

Timber Creek
